• Balloons Over Horseshoe Bay hot air balloon festival takes place Friday-Sunday in Horseshoe Bay.
• The 48th Llano Fiddle Fest is Saturday starting at 9 a.m. at the JLK Convention Center in Llano.
• The Llano River Chuck Wagon Cook-off takes place on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Badu Park in Llano. Spectators are welcome. 
• Easter at Sauer-Beckmann Living History Farm is Saturday 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in Stonewall. Celebrate Easter in early 20th century German-Texas style. 
• Flat Creek Estate hosts a special Easter Brunch on Sunday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Reservations required.

Easter Egg Hunts for Kids

• Downtown Easter Egg Scavenger Hunt is Friday at 10:45 at Harmony Park in Marble Falls.
• Longhorn Cavern State Park will have Easter Egg Scavenger Hunts throughout the weekend, 10 a.m.-4 p.m., Friday – Sunday.
• American Legion Post 437 is hosting an Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday from 10 a.m. to noon at the Post in Kingsland.
• Easter Egg Metal Detecting Hunt for Kids is Saturday, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Haley-Nelson Park in Burnet. The event is a fundraiser hosted by the Highland Lakes Metal Detecting Club. Metal detectors and a hot dog provided.
• Granite Shoals is hosting a Quarry Park Easter Egg Hunt and photos with the Easter Bunny on Saturday at 11 a.m.
