Fiesta JAM, the Highland Lakes area singer-songwriter festival attracts seasoned and aspiring songwriters as well as people that just love good music. The annual festival, with over a decade under its belt, offers a meet-up, song swap, and seminars for songwriters and live music performances open to the public. The 2026 festival, November 6-8, shakes things up a bit with a venue change and an added mission.

The Location

Fiesta JAM 2026 takes the show just down the road from its original Marble Falls location to the area’s newest outdoor music venue, Round Mountain Cider Mill. The Cider Mill opened its doors in 2025 and has quickly become a local favorite. The venue includes indoor spaces perfect for the Fiesta JAM singer-songwriter meet-up and seminars and a great outdoor stage and lawn created for large, live music performances.

The Mission(s)

The non-profit festival’s mission, to promote and support local youth music education, has been expanded this year. The 2026 festival has its sights set on helping fund a life-size bronze statue to pay homage to singer/songwriter Gary P. Nunn who is credited with being a pioneer of the progressive country music scene that started in Austin. The statue, to be crafted by Texas sculptor Garland Weeks, is planned to reside in a public space in downtown Marble Falls. Learn more about the statue and how to donate here.

The Music

Texas music and its makers take center stage at the three day festival celebrating songwriters, singers, and the tales behind the music. One thing that can be counted on at Fiesta JAM is a fantastic music lineup. The live music performances are ticketed events open to the public. The music lineup:
