If you’re a skateboarder, the Highland Lakes has several spots to do a backside 180 ollie or a frontside pop shuvit.
Falls Creek Park Skate Park, located at the corner of Main and Yett streets in Marble Falls, is a 12,000-square-foot concrete-and-granite park with features such as the Noose, the Double-Dorito hip and the Bowless corner that you probably won’t find anyplace else. BMX bike riders are also welcome.
Cottonwood Shores Skatepark, 4121 Brockwood Drive in Cottonwood Shores — Contains lots of elements, including a bowl-style structure.
Wallace Riddell Park, located at Texas 29 and Rhomberg Street in Burnet, is a wooden structure-based skate park.
