Spicewood Live! returns with a 2025-26 lineup showcasing blues, Latin, classical, Americana, country, and jazz. Spicewood Arts’ 26th concert season starts in September and ends in May with performances almost monthly at Spicewood Vineyards Event Center, 1419 CR 409. 

Season ticket packages are available now. Single-show tickets will be sold for each performance.

The 2025-26 lineup is:

Jake Andrews & Band

7 p.m. Friday, Sept. 26, 2025; doors open at 6 p.m.

Austin native Jake Andrews is a modern blues-rock guitarist-singer-songwriter who has shared the stage with legends such as Albert King, B.B. King, Albert Collins, Buddy Guy, Otis Rush, and Jimmie Vaughan. He’ll be backed by band members with their own powerhouse pedigrees, including playing credits with Stevie Wonder, Rod Stewart, and Eagles.

The Brew

7 p.m. Friday, Nov. 7, 2025; doors open at 6 p.m.

Austin-based The Brew blends Latin, rock, jazz, blues, and funk for a dynamic, soulful sound. Their original music stays true to their Chicano roots while “traveling” the world of Latin music.  

Dallas String Quartet

7 p.m. Friday, Dec. 5, 2025; doors open at 6 p.m.

The classical-crossover ensemble Dallas String Quartet’s style of music has been described as “Bach meets Bon Jovi.” The group has performed for presidents, with major musical artists, and at big-time sporting events. Expect a melding of classical and electric instruments and genres.

Blue Water Highway

7 p.m. Friday, March 6, 2026; doors open at 6 p.m.

A favorite on the Austin music scene, Blue Water Highway tells timeless stories with fresh Americana/folk-rock melodies. The band has earned national and international acclaim and toured with the likes of Bob Seger, Reckless Kelly, Turnpike Troubadours, and Big Head Todd and The Monsters.

Jason Boland & The Stragglers

7 p.m. Saturday, April 11, 2026; doors open at 6 p.m.

Red Dirt veterans Jason Boland & The Stragglers have been performing for more than two decades. Since their 1999 debut album, “Pearl Snaps,” the Oklahoma-born band has become one of the biggest stars in this regional country genre. They were inducted into their home state’s Music Hall of Fame on April 12, 2025.

Tony Campise Memorial Big Band

7 p.m. Friday, May 1, 2026; doors open at 6 p.m.

Each Spicewood Live! ends with this ode to the late jazz artist Tony Campise. This year’s performance features songtress-trombonist Aubrey Logan. The memorial band is under the direction of composer/saxophonist John Mills, trombonist Michael Mordecai, and band leader/saxophonist Kris Kimura.

Stars, Spurs & Illusions: The Art of Texas Magic

6 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 7, 2026; doors open at 5:30 p.m.

In addition to the concert season, the nonprofit Spicewood Arts holds its annual fundraising gala in February. This season’s event features magician Scott Hollingsworth, who’s been wowing audiences for more than 50 years. The gala also includes food and dancing. Tickets go on sale in November.
