Reach new heights at Sheer Fun, a rock-climbing gym located at 2413 Commerce St. in Marble Falls. It features an array of climbing options available on 12-foot indoor walls.
Sheer Fun is currently open to members and by appointment to non-members.
The fixed 12-foot vertical wall offers a variety of marked routes. Each route features a QR code linking to a demonstration of the route’s creator solving the climb.
For those looking for something more challenging, the climbing gym also has an adjustable kilter wall that can bend as far as 50 degrees.
New climbers ages 8 to 80 must go through a safety and introductory session, but the first session is free with membership.
A two-hour pass is $18, whereas as monthly pass is $45. An annual pass is $400. Rent in-house climbing shoes or bring your own from home. No street shoes allowed.
